摘要
采用国内自行研发的GZL-600全浮动式共振机,分析了共振产生的加速度对地基及周围环境的影响,并对破碎的技术参数作了探讨,通过对比研究得出共振破碎技术不会对周围环境产生大的影响,指出共振破碎技术参数激振力为20 MPa^21 MPa,行走速度3.0 km/h^3.5 km/h时,能有效控制水泥混凝土板的破碎质量。
In this paper, the adopted GZL-600 full floating resonance machine is domestically developed technology, this paper analyzed the influence of acceleration caused by resonance to ground and surrounding environment, and discussed the technical parameters of crushing, reso- nance crushing technology will not produce big influence on the surrounding environment through the contrast study, the results that resonance broken technical parameters for the exciting force is between 20 MPa and 21 MPa, walking speed is between 3.0 km/h and 3.5 km/h are put for- ward, which can effectively control the broken of cement concrete slab quality.
