摘要
在我国社会现阶段的发展进程中,科技、经济和社会的发展将更多地依靠创新推动,创新发展是高校的第一要务。高校承担着培养创新人才的重要任务,要遵循创新发展的规律,提升微观制度的构建,完善内部治理,加强对外交流,以增强对创新的支持和保障力度。
