摘要
目的 观察综合护理干预对长期住院精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响.方法 对42例长期住院精神分裂症患者进行综合护理干预,观察6个月.于干预前后采用生活质量量表和日常生活能力量表评定其生活质量和生活能力.结果 综合干预6个月末入组患者生活质量量表评分较干预前显著升高（P＜0.01）,日常生活能力量评分较干预前显著降低（P＜0.01）.结论 综合护理干预能显著改善长期住院精神分裂症患者的日常生活能力,提高其生活质量.
Objective To observe the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life of long hospitalized schizophrenics. Methods Comprehensive nursing interventions were given to 42 long hospitalized schizophrenics for 6 months. Qualities of life and viabilities were assessed with the Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale （SQOL） and Activities of Daily Living （ADL） before and after intervention. Results At the end of 6 month intervention the SQOL score heightened more significantly （P〈0.01） and the ADL lowered （P〈0.01） compared with pre-intervention. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention could significantly improve activity of daily living and quality of life of long hospitalized schizophrenics.
