套靴轨枕轨道钢轨波磨初步研究 被引量:12

摘要 研究某地铁套靴轨枕轨道结构小半径曲线波磨形成机理。通过现场调查和试验测试,了解波磨的基本特征,结合轨道结构动力学理论对波磨形成机理进行预测分析;建立车辆簧下质量与套靴轨枕轨道耦合作用的三维实体有限元模型,利用该模型分析轨道结构的模态振型和共振频率与波磨的关系,给出波磨形成机理的初步解释,并探讨簧下质量对轨道结构响应以及波磨成因的影响。数值计算结果与现场测试结果相吻合。研究发现,车辆通过该轨道时,钢轨连同套靴轨枕一起相对轨道板的垂向弯曲振动容易被激发,是50mm波长波磨形成的根本原因。 The mechanism of rail corrugation on tight curves of rubber booted short sleepers tracks was investi-gated.Field observations and measurements were conducted.The characteristics of corrugation were obtained and the possible reasons of corrugation were analyzed according to the theory of track structure dynamics.Then a three dimensional FEM track model considering the effect of unsprung mass was established and it was uti-lized to analyze the relationship between rail corrugation and modal shape and resonance frequency.Finally,the preliminary explanation of corrugation formation was obtained.The effect of unsprung mass on the track re-sponse and the forming mechanism of corrugation were studied.The numerical results are in good agreement with the field mearuments.The vertical bending vibrations of rails and rubber booted sleepers relative to the slabs can be easily excited when the vehicle passes the tracks.It is the underlying causes of the 50 mm wave-length corrugation.
