摘要
借助计算机软件模拟技术对流体在沸石交换柱内的流动特性进行研究,考察不同因素对流速径向分布的影响.多孔介质在沸石交换柱内的随机排列使得近壁处出现壁效应从而引起流速径向分布的变化.随着海水进口流速的增大,交换柱内的流体径向流速分布越宽,近壁处流速分布曲线震荡幅度越大,在无滑动柱壁上,流速会突然降为0.颗粒直径越大,床层空隙率最小值出现的位置距离壁面越远,颗粒在近壁处的排列越混乱,流速的波动距离越小,波动幅度随粒径的增大而增大.以Cl-离子为示踪剂对沸石交换柱内的流体流动的相关实验结果表明,模拟结果与实验结果基本一致.
Technology of computer software simulation was used to research the flow properties m me zeonte excnangc column. Due to the random distribution of porous media in the fixed bed, walt effect appeared near the wall, thus causing the change of radial flow velocity distribution, With the increase of seawater inlet velocity, flow velocity radial distribution of fluid became wider. However, the flow velocity suddenly dropped to 0 on the non-slip column wall. When the particle diameter became larger, the arrangement of particles near the wall was more confused; particles in the near wall arrange- ment were more chaos; distance velocity fluctuations was smaller; and wave amplitude increased with increase of ag- gregate size. The C1 ion exchange on zeolite tracer fluid flow in the column on the related experimental results show that the simulated results agree with the experimental results.
