摘要
依据科学引文索引(SCI)、中外专利数据库平台(CNIPR)和美国专利商标局(USPTO)数据,采用文献计量和社会网络的方法,对京台科技合作现状和特点进行了判断,针对双方科技合作的主要问题,在合作机制、搭建平台、完善环境等方面提出了对策建议,力求使京台科技合作成为两岸科技合作的典范。
Based on the data of Science Citation Index（SCI）,China Intellectual Property（CNIPR） and United States Patent and Trademark Office（USPTO）,using the method of bibliometrics and social network,this article judges the current situation and problems of the science and technology collaboration of Beijing and Taiwan.For the main problems of the both sides,it puts forward some suggestions in terms of cooperation mechanism,building a platform,perfecting environment and so on,and tries to make the science and technology collaboration of Beijing and Taiwan into being the model of the cross-strait.
