摘要
市场导向对组织绩效的影响一直是绩效管理理论的重要研究内容,为了更系统、更全面地认识市场导向与组织绩效的关系,在文献回顾的基础上,运用Meta分析方法对两者之间的关系进行了集成定量分析,并分别探讨了概念性调节变量与方法调节变量的调节作用。结果发现,概念性调节变量(组织目标与市场条件)和方法调节变量(市场导向测量方法)对市场导向与组织绩效的关系都具有显著的调节作用,其中以市场条件的调节效应最为明显。研究结论表明,新兴经济体国家企业应充分利用现有优势挖掘潜在的市场需求,而传统工业化国家企业可考虑将部分产业转移到新兴经济体国家。
The influence of market orientation on organizational performance is an important content in the theory of performance management.In order to know the relationship between market orientation and organizational performance more systematically and completely,this paper conducts meta-analysis based on literature review to make an integrated quantitative analysis,and then explores the influence of conceptual and methodological moderator on the relationship between market orientation and organizational performance.Results illustrate that both conceptual moderator(organizational goal and market condition) and methodological moderator(measurement of market orientation) have a significant moderation on the relationship between market orientation and organizational performance,and the moderation of market condition is the most obvious.The conclusions suggest that enterprises in emerging economies should make full use of the existing advantage to dig the potential market demand,while enterprises in traditional industrialized countries can consider shifting a part of industry into emerging economies.
