摘要
高校实验室是进行实验教学、科学研究和培养创新人才的重要基地,对于培养学生的动手能力和创新能力具有重要的意义。本文总结了高校实验室发展现状,包括实验室建设和实验室管理中存在的观念、体制和队伍问题,提出了未来高校实验室在健全实验教学制度、实行开放式实验、加强实验室队伍建设等方面的发展方向。
The University laboratory is an important base for carrying out experimental teaching,scientific research,and training innovative talents.It is important to develop the operative ability and innovative ability of students.This paper summarizes development status of the university laboratory construction and laboratory management such as the existing conception,system and team problems,puts forward the development direction of the university laboratory by setting up perfect experimental teaching regulations,carrying out open experiments,enhancing the training of laboratory team,etc.
