摘要
介绍了钒、钛微合金钢及承钢炼钢连铸工艺,对承钢150 t板坯连铸工艺现状进行了分析。利用现有装备对全程保护浇铸工艺做了5个方面的优化,使铸坯内部质量合格率在98.8%以上,铸坯表面裂纹合格率在99%以上,热送率达97%以上。
It is introduced the vanadium-titanium micro-alloy steel and the steel-making and continuous casting processes of Cheng Steel, analyzed the present situation of continuous casting process of 150 t slab. With the present device, the full protective casting process is optimized in five respects, and the inner quali-fied rate of slab can reach to over 98.8%, the surface crack qualified rate over 99%, hot delivery rate over 97%.
