摘要
对废纸脱墨浆进行半纤维素酶预处理,随后用过氧化氢(H2O2)进行漂白.从浆张物理性能和漂白废水污染物含量研究了半纤维素酶预处理对废纸脱墨浆H2 O2漂白活性的影响.使用纤维质量分析仪、X射线衍射分析仪、扫描电镜对半纤维素酶预处理前后脱墨浆结构进行表征,探索半纤维素酶预处理脱墨浆的作用机制.研究表明,半纤维素酶预处理能够显著提高脱墨浆H2O2漂白活性并降低漂白后废水的CODCr浓度.半纤维素酶预处理用量为14- 16 IU/g时,漂白浆白度、耐破指数、抗张指数、伸长率比未经处理时分别约提高21.7%、17.8%、36.4%、20.3%.
Recycled pulp was pretreated with hemicellulase then bleached hydrogen peroxide. The paper physical properties and bleaching ef- fluent were investigated to study the effect of enzymatic pretreatment on hydrogen peroxide bleaching activity. In order to explore the mecha- nism of enzymatic pretreatment, pulp samples before or after enzymatic treatment were characterized by using fiber quality analysis, X ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope analysis, respectively. The experimental results showed that the bleachability of recycled pulp with HzOz was markedly promoted and COD content of bleaching effluent decreased by enzymatic. With xylanase addition amount of 14 16 IU/g, the paper brightness, bursting index, tensile index and elongation were respectively increased by 21.7%, 17. 8% , 36.4%, 20. 3 % compared with the control sample.
