摘要
为了研究在相同真空度和相同吹氩流量的条件下喷嘴分布方式对单嘴精炼炉中钢液的流场和循环流量的影响,基于欧拉-欧拉双流体模型,采用商业软件CFX对150t单嘴精炼炉的精炼过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明:单喷嘴和双喷嘴下钢液流场保持对称结构;单个喷嘴下钢液流场为一侧上升流,另一侧为下降流结构;单个喷嘴时循环流量最大。
To investigate the effect of different distribution of argon blowing nozzles on molten flow filed and circulation flow rate at the same vacuum degree and flow rate of argon , this numerical simulation , based on Eulerian-Eulerian approach , was carried out to simulate a 150t single snorkel refining furnace by commercial computation fluid dynamic code CFX .The numerical results show that the flow filed is symmetrical in the case of single nozzle and two nozzles; the flow filed have the structure of one side upward stream and one side downward stream in the case of single nozzle; the circulation flow rate reaches the maximum in the case of single nozzle.
