摘要
从西南大学牧草试验地中选出151个紫花苜蓿单株进行扦插扩繁。通过测定各个株系单茎叶片数、茎粗蛋白含量、叶粗蛋白含量、茎叶比、干鲜比等指标,选出了单茎叶片数较高、干鲜比较高、植物体内粗蛋白含量高、茎叶比较低的株系,为重庆地区培育紫花苜蓿新品种奠定基础。
In this study,151 alfalfa strains had been selected from the experimental field of Southwest University was propagation by cuttings way. Determination of the number of the single stem-leaf, the crude protein content of stem,the crude protein content of leaves,the stem-leaf ratio and the dry-fresh ratio in each strain,These strains which number of single stem-leaf, ratio of dry-fresh, content of crude protein are relatively high, and which ratio of stem-leaf is relatively low were selected, Lay the foundation of Cultivate new varieties of alfalfa in chongqing.
