摘要
酒店管理专业订单式人才培养对于实现校企深度合作、联合培养学生、学生直通车就业具有一定理论和现实意义。九江学院酒店管理专业开展订单式人才培养实践探索,按照确定订单企业,签订订单协议,组织实施订单人才培养,实施1+0.5+1+0.5四阶段培养,将培养理念渗透到教学计划和课程体系,使学生能按照企业和市场要求掌握操作和动手能力,取得了良好的效果。
Talents training under "Order-Oriented Mode" for hotel management majors has theoretical and re-alistic significance for deep school-enterprise cooperation, collaborative education and direct employment. Hotel management in Jiujiang University carries out the exploration of talents training with "Order-Oriented Mode" by enterprises, signing the agreement and implementing training in accordance with order in four stages of "1+0. 5+1+0.5", which enables students with operational and practical capacities catering to enterprises and markets. This mode has acquired great achievements.
