摘要
目的:建立以HPLC法测定雏痢净超微粉中的苍术素含量的方法。方法:采用Thermo C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-水(79∶21)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为340nm。结果:苍术素在0.102μg·mL^-1~2.04μg·mL^-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(R2=1.000 0),精密度RSD=0.098 4%(n=6),重复性RSD=1.168%(n=6),供试品溶液在24 h内稳定性良好,平均加样回收率为99.20%(RSD=0.959%)。结论:该方法操作简便、准确、重现性好,可用于复方微粒的质量控制。
Objective: The method of HPLC with UV detection for the determination of atractylodin in the Chulijing superfine powder was established. Method: The chromatographic conditions included that: Thermo C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used as chromatographic column;the methanol- water(79∶21)as mobile phase;the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min,the detection wave length was 340 nm. Result: The calibration curves for atractylodin were linear in the range of 0.102 ~2.04ug·ml-1(R2=1.000 0),RSD of instrument precision was 0.098 4%(n=6),RSD was 1.168%(n=6),samples' solution was stable within 24 h,and the average recovery was 99.20%(RSD =0.959%).Conclusion: The method, which is easy and simple to handle with good repeatability,can be used for the quality control of the compound Chulijing superfine powder.
