摘要
从肝实肺虚与五行补泻关系,并结合临床具体证型,探讨《难经》中针对肝实肺虚提出来的泻心火、补肾水的方法,分析《难经》中为何强调泻南补北,如何补泻水火以及为何不补脾土而补肾水。
With reference to the relationship of liver excess and lung deficiency with five -element tonifying- purging and the specific syndrome types in the clinical setting ,this paper discusses the method of purging heart fire to nourish renal water,which is proposed in Classic of Questioning to treat liver excess and lung deficiency ,and analyzes why purging heart fire to nourish renal water is stressed in Classic of Questioning, how purging heart fire and nourishing renal water are done, and why renal water is nourished instead of spleen earth.
