摘要
Cr18Ni9不锈钢部件在高压开关中越来越普遍,通过对近几年高压开关Cr18Ni9不锈钢部件失效事故的调查,分析并归纳了其典型的原因,即固溶处理、晶间腐蚀,并提出相应的解决措施,对设计、制造、运行有一定的借鉴意义。
The failures of Crl 8Ni9 parts of high-vo|tage circuit breakers, which have happened in power grid in recent years, are investigated, and the typical causes of the failures, i.e., solid solution treatment and intercrystalline corro- sion, are analyzed. In addition, some corresponding countermeasures are proposed to facilitate the design, manufac- ture, and operation of high-voltage circuit breakers.
