摘要
在大量绝缘件的电性能测试过程中,发现某些结构的绝缘件的局放量会随放置时间的延长而出现增大的现象,暂且将这种现象称为局部放电的"滞后特性"。通过三维有限元仿真分析同时结合验证性试验,确认了造成绝缘件出现局部放电"滞后特性"的根本原因在于其中的绝缘支脚与环氧树脂材料间的界面会在绝缘件的放置或后续使用过程中由于膨胀系数不同导致界面出现裂纹或是微小气隙等所致。针对查找出的问题点,通过取消绝缘支脚以消除树脂材料内异种材料的埋入而有效避免界面问题和内部应力问题,并最终达到预期的改善效果。
In electrical property test for the different kinds of insulators, it is found that partial discharge of the insulator with specific structure will increase with the increase of storage time. We refer to this phenomenon as the hysteresis characteristic of partial discharge. After the combination of 3D simulation and validation tests, it is confirmed that the main reason of this phenomenon results from micro cracks or gaps occurred in the interface between insulating feet and epoxy resin material in later storage or service. By removing insulating feet, the interface between different materials is eliminated and the internal stress is decreased, so the improvements have been achieved.
