摘要
目的探讨治疗性沟通系统干预对直肠癌手术患者抑郁情绪及生命质量的影响。方法将110例直肠癌手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例。对照组采用常规护理和一般性沟通,观察组在对照组基础上给予治疗性沟通系统干预。采用抑郁自评量表及生命质量的测评问卷比较两组患者的抑郁情况及生活质量。结果观察组干预后的抑郁率为23.64%,低于对照组的70.91%(P<0.01);观察组干预后的躯体功能评分为(73.02±15.07)分、角色功能为(61.29±17.94)分、情绪功能为(77.41±20.74)分、认知功能为(74.73±19.38)分、社会功能为(67.74±22.49)分、总生活质量为(69.57±16.91)分,均分别高于对照组的(65.89±19.85)、(49.71±14.35)、(65.23±18.39)、(64.75±20.19)、(56.03±21.47)、(55.49±15.75)分(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论治疗性沟通系统可改善直肠癌手术患者的抑郁情绪,提高其生活质量。
Objective To discuss the influence of therapeutic communication system intervention on depression and quality of life in patients with rectal cancer operation. Methods 110 cases with rectal cancer operation were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,and there were 55 cases in each group.The control group was give the routine nursing and the general communication,and the observation group was given the therapeutic communication system intervention on the basis of the control group.The depression and quality of life between the two groups using self rating depression scale and quality of life questionnaire. Results The depression rate in the observation group （23.64%） after intervention was lower than that in the control group （70.91%） （P〈0.01）;Physical function score was （73.02±15.07） points,role function was （61.29±17.94） points,emotional function was （77.41±20.74） points,cognitive function was （74.73±19.38） points,social function was （67.74±22.49） points,the total quality of life was （69.57±16.91） points.The above score after intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group respectively [（65.89±19.85）, （49.71±14.35）, （65.23± 18.39）, （64.75±20.19）, （56.03±21.47）, （55.49±15.75）points] （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Therapeutic communication system can improve the depressive mood,improve the quality of life of patients in patients with rectal cancer operation.
