摘要
某医药化工园区综合污水处理厂主体工艺为UASB(水解酸化)+A/O+BAF,但由于设计与实际进水水质差异较大,导致出水无法达标排放。根据实际进水水质情况,对出水COD、NH,-N、TP的变化,沉淀池污泥上浮以及曝气池泡沫等问题进行分析,提出了加强监测、强化厌氧与好氧处理以及增加二级化学除磷和增加填料厚度等改进措施,出水COD、NH。N、TP分别为(10~100)、(0.1-13.8)、(0.5~0.8)mg/L,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978--1996)的一级标准。
The main processes of the comprehensive sewage treatment plant in a pharmaceuticaland chemical industrial park were UASB, hydrolysis acidification, A/O andlarge difference between the design and actual influent quality, the effluentdischarge standards. According to the actual influent quality, the changesBAF. Because there was aquality could not satisfy thein concentrations of COD,NH3 - N and TP in the effluent, sludge floating in sedimentation tank and the foam in aeration tank wereanalyzed. Some improvement measures including enhancing the monitoring, strengthening the anaerobicand aerobic treatment, adding the secondary chemical phosphorus removal and increasing the thickness ofthe filler were taken. The concentrations of COD, NI-I3 - N and TP in the effluent could reach 10 to 100mg/L, O. 1 to 13.8 mg/L and O. 5 to O. 8 mg/L, respectively, meeting the first class criteria specified inthe Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996 ).
