摘要
通过添加不同含量ZL101重熔料,研究ZL101合金组织、流动性以及力学性能的变化。结果表明:随着重熔料的增加,ZL101合金的流动性呈现下降的趋势。螺旋铸件长度由未添加重熔料时的238 mm减小至添加50%重熔料时的94 mm;当重熔料的含量为30%时,共晶硅晶粒尺寸最为细小,平均尺寸8.74μm左右。同时,抗拉强度达到最大,为221.3 MPa,比未添加重熔料的合金提升了12.5%;伸长率达到4.3%。
After adding different content of returns of ZL 101 alloy,the microstructure,fluidity and mechanical properties ofZL101 alloy were investigated.The results show that the addition of returns decreases the fluidity of ZL101 alloys.The screw casting length decreased from 238 mm to 94 mm after adding 50wt.% amount of returns; the most refine grain size ofeutectic Si whose average size about 8.74 μm was gained when the amount ofretums was 30wt.%.Meanwhile,the tensile strength reached 221.3 MPa,which increased by 12.5% compared with primary alloy,the elongation increased to 4.3%.
