摘要
利用i-STAT血气分析仪检测12匹伊犁马1000m速步训练赛静息、热身后及赛后即刻、15min、30min、60min时静脉血中的血气指标,并对各血气指标的差异性和相关性进行统计分析。结果表明,运动前后静脉血中PvCO2、PvO2、HCO3、TCO2、SvO2和Glu变化差异不显著(P>0.05)。血液pH、BE和Ca2+在赛后即刻均明显降低,但经15min休息后都基本回升到静息水平;K+、Hct和Hb在赛后即刻均显著增加(P<0.05),但经15min休息后都基本回降到静息水平。血液pH与BE、HCO3呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与TCO2浓度呈显著正相关(P<0.05),Hct、Hb与pH和HCO3呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与K+呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。因此,BE、HCO3、TCO2、Hct和Hb对酸碱平衡均有一定的调节作用;Na+、K+和Ca2+对机体运动具有一定的调节作用。
Blood gas index in venous blood of 12 Yili horses in different stages of 1000 m trot training (motionless, after the warming up, after the game instantly, 15 min, 30 min, 60 min) were detected by i-STAT blood gas analyzer, and the differences and correlation of the blood gas index were analyzed. The results showed that before and after exercise PvCO2 , PvO2, HCO3, TCO2, SvO2 and Glu of the venous blood did not change significantly (P〉0. 05). Blood p H; BE and Ca^2+ were lower immediately after the game, but after 15 min rest basic rebounded to motionless level. K^+, Hct and Hb immediately after the game were significantly increased (P〈0. 05), but after 15 min rest basic back down to motionless levels. Blood p H value was highly significant positive correlation with BE and HCO3 (P〈0. 01), and significantly positive correlation with the TCO, concentration (P〈0. 05), Hct , Hb were highly significant negative correlation with p H; HCO3 (P〈0. 01), Hct , Hb were highly significant positive correlation with K^+ (P〈0. 01). The analysis showed that BE, HCO3, TCO, , Hct and Hb on acid-base balance all had certain adjustment, Na^+ , K^+ and Ca^2+ on the body movement had certain adjustment.
