肋横突结合区肋的数字化形态学测量

摘要 目的:观测成人肋横突结合区肋的形态特征,为改进肋固定器械、肋横突结合区置钉及积累肋的解剖学数据库提供依据.方法:收集无脊柱外伤、畸形及神经症状的成人全胸段MSCT资料30例,将原始数据以DICOM格式导入Mimics16.0三维重建软件,行相关指标测量,并按不同节段进行统计分析.结果:肋颈宽为(5.66~7.88) mm,第2肋(R2)~第12肋(R12)肋结节整体宽为(9.06~11.05) mm;第3肋(R3)~第12肋(R12)肋颈厚为(9.39~12.15) mm,肋结节整体厚为(8.88~12.99) mm;第1肋(R1)~第10肋(R10)肋结节关节面与肋头间距离为(16.37~18.97)mm,肋结节与肋头间距离为(11.13~24.38) mm.结论:R2~R12肋颈宽较肋结节整体宽小(1.33~4.24) mm;R1~R12肋颈厚较肋结节整体厚小(0.17~3.17) mm;R1~R10肋结节与肋头间距离较肋结节关节面与肋头间距离相差(0.26~4.78) mm;临床应用中应根据1~12肋横突结合区肋的相关参数选取适合的治疗方案. Objective: To measure the morphological features of adult rib costotransverse unit, provide the basis for improved rib fixation and costotransverse unit pedicle screw, and accumulate rib anatomy database. Methods: 30 adult full thoracic ,i MSCT material without spinal trauma, deformity and neurologic symptoms were collected. The original data were input into 3D reconstruction software Mimics 16.0 in the format of DICOM and then were analyzed statistically according to different segments after measuring the correlated index. Results: The width of costal neck was (5.66-7.88) mm, the width of the tubercle of rib R2-R12 was (9.06-11.05) mm. The thickness of the costal neck of rib R3-R12 was (9.39-12.15) mm, The overall thickness of rib tubercle was (8.88-12.99) mm.The distance between the articular surface of rib tubercle and the head of rib was (16.37-18.97) mm. The distance between the tubercle and head of rib was (11.13-24.38) mm. Conclusion: The width of costal neck in rib R2-R1 was smaller than that of rib tubercle in (1.33-4.24) mm. The thickness of the costal neck of rib R1-R12 was samller than the overall thickness of rib tubercle in (0. 17-3.17) mm. The Distance between the articular surface of rib R1-R10 and between the tubercle and head of rib was away (0.26-4.78) mm. Clinic treatment should be selected appropriately according to the related parameters of the 1-12 costotransverse unit of ribs.
