摘要
目的:观察针灸在单纯性肥胖患者治疗中的疗效。方法:将102例单纯性肥胖患者以数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组各51例,对照组给予耳针治疗,治疗组联合给予针灸治疗,2个疗程后测定脂肪面积,对比2组改善情况。结果:治疗组治愈率35.29%、总有效率82.35%分别优于对照组的11.77%、62.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗后体重、臀围、腹腔内脏器脂肪含量(VA)、腹壁皮下脂肪含量(SA)较治疗前下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),体重指数(BMI)、腰围较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后体重、BMI、腰围、臀围、VA、SA均较治疗前下降且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后各指标均较对照组下降更为明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗单纯性肥胖在减轻体重同时可减少腹部VA、SA,降低并发症风险,疗效优异,腹部MRI观察VA、SA作为治疗疗效的量化标准更为确切。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of acupuncture in the treatment of patients with simple obesity. Methods： One hundred and two cases of simple obesity were randomly divided into control group （ n = 51 ） and treatment group （ n = 51 ）. Patients in the control group were given ear acupuncture treatment, and the treatment group also applied acupuncture treatment. The area of adipose were measured and compared after 2 courses of treatment. Results： The curative rate of treatment group was 35.29%, and the total effective rate was 82.35%, both were better than those of the control group （ 11.77% and 62.75% ） with statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05 ）. After treatment, hip circumference, body weight of visceral adipose area （VA）, abdominal subcutaneous adipose area （SA） of patients in the control group were decreased compared with those before treatment, but there was no statistical significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. The body mass index （BMI）, waist circumference of patients in the control group decreased obviously compared with what they were before the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. As for patients in the treatment group, their body weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, VA, SA after treatment were decreased compared with the con- ditions before the treatment, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The indexes of patients in treatment group decreased more significantly compared with the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Acupuncture treating simple obesity can help the weight loss and reduce abdominal VA, SA, reduce the risk of complications with excellent effect. Abdominal MRI observation of VA, SA can be considered as a more definite quantitative standard to valuate therapeutic effect.
