多节段腰椎退行性病变单侧椎弓根螺钉内固定椎间融合临床疗效 被引量:4

摘要 内固定是治疗腰椎退行性病变椎间融合有效的外科治疗方法;然而坚强内固定也有缺点,由此而开展的单节段单边内固定也取得了良好的效果。本文观察23例双节段腰椎退行性病变患者行单侧内固定椎间融合术的疗效。资料与方法1.一般资料双节段腰椎退行性病变患者23例,男13例,女10例,年龄43-61岁。所有患者均有明显的腰腿痛症状。病变节段:L4-L5、L5-S1椎间盘突出19例,L3-L4、L4-L5椎间盘突出4例。
