摘要
针对笔记本电池盖这类薄壁塑件在注塑成型时产生过大翘曲变形量的缺陷,以翘曲变形量为质量指标,采用多因素正交试验法,运用Moldflow注塑成型分析软件进行16次数值模拟试验,获得塑件在注塑温度、模具温度、注塑时间、保压时间、保压压力5因素4水平下成型的翘曲变形量,通过极差分析法比较5个成型工艺参数对翘曲变形量的影响程度,并得到塑件的最优成型工艺参数组合。再由Moldflow模拟试验可知,在最优成型工艺参数组合下塑件的翘曲变形量得到显著改善,并进一步分析找到了薄壁类塑件发生翘曲变形的主要原因。最后,通过电池盖的实际制造证实了优化方案的正确性。
According to defects caused by excessive warping deformation of thin wall plastic parts in injection molding,taking notebook battery cover for example,by the multi factors orthogonal test method and based on Moldflow injection molding analysis software,with the warping deformation as quality index,were adopted for 16 times simulation tests.The warping deformation of plastic parts was obtained under four levels and five factors such as the injection temperature,mold temperature,injection time,pressme holding time,packing pressme.The influence degree of 5 process parameters on the amount of warping deformation was compared by using range analysis and an optimized parameter combination was achieved.Then,the warping deformation was significantly improved in the optimized parameter combination by moldflow validation.After further analysis,the main reasons of warping deformation for thin walled plastic parts are found simultaneously.Finally,a battery cover manufacturing example show that the optimal combination of process parameter,obtained by the above method,is correct perfectly.
