图书馆员情绪劳动理论分析与验证研究 被引量:5

摘要 基于对情绪劳动相关文献的研究及对11位图书馆员的访谈,文章对图书馆员情绪劳动理论进行分析,构建图书馆员情绪劳动理论模型,利用情绪劳动量表对166位图书馆员进行问卷调查。研究发现图书馆员存在严重的情绪劳动现象,情绪劳动对图书馆员的工作满意度和工作倦怠有着重要的影响。 Based on a large amount of the emotional labor theory of librarian relevant literature and interviews with 11 librarians, this article explores and constructs the analysis model. With a questionnaire survey of 166 librarians using Emotional Labor Scale, it turns out that librarians have serious emotional labor issues which might lead to declining job satisfaction and burnout.
