摘要
为解决广州蓄能水电厂一期工程机组主轴密封易烧损的问题,经应力模态计算及材料性能研究,主轴密封材料最终选用了高分子材料HGW2082Mo。介绍了适合高分子材料HGW2082Mo特点的安装工艺和安装后的调试方法,并对其运行特点进行了研究,为新型主轴密封材料的研究提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of the main shaft seal of pump turbine easy to be damaged in the Phase-I plant of Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station, the polymer material of HGW2082Mo is finally choice as main shaft seal based on the modal stress calculation and material performance research. The installation process and commissioning methods of HGW2082Mo are introduced, and the operation characteristics are also studied. This practice provides a reference to the research of new-type main shaft seal material.
