摘要
介绍了太阳能薄膜电池不停机放卷机构的组成和连续放卷工艺的实现。针对传统变结构换卷方式易导致张力波动的缺点,在系统动态分析的基础上,提出一种基于张力-速度模型的卷径复合张力控制策略,并结合张力前馈提高不停机放卷系统的鲁棒性。仿真实验结果表明,薄膜电池的不停机放料机构应用新的复合张力控制系统,既可提高生产效率又能实现张力的精确快速控制,动态特性良好。
The realization of continuous unwinding process and the constitution of non-stop unwinding (NSU) institution of film solar cell are introduced. As to the disadvantage of tension fluctuation caused by the traditional way of exchanging volumes through variable structures,a compound tension control strategy based on the tension-velocity model under the dynamic analysis of the system is proposed and applied to the NSU system with tension,improving its robustness. Simulation and experimental results show that the NSU institution of film cell applied to the new compound tension control system can not only improve production efficiency but also realize tension control quickly and accurately,and the dynamic characteristics is good.
