摘要
对某少齿差行星减速器建立耦合多体动力学虚拟样机模型,利用动态关联法对虚拟样机模型进行验证其准确性;分析减速器在多种工况下等效应力及振动响应,测试减速器振动特性。结果表明,转速提高对减速器等效应力影响不大,但偏心轴的偏心运动越明显,加大对轮齿啮合冲击,使减速器振动加剧、冲击幅值增大。仿真分析结果与实验结果基本吻合。
For a planetary reducer with small tooth number difference,a coupled multi-body dynamics virtual prototype model was established.The dynamic correlation method was used to validate the virtual prototype model and to verify its accuracy.The equivalent stress and vibration response of planetary reducer were analyzed under various conditions,and its vibration characteristics were tested.The results show that with the increase of rotational speed of the planetary reducer,the equivalent stress has no distinct change,but the eccentric motion of the eccentric shaft is increasingly obvious,which enhances impact on meshing gear leading to more serious vibration and impact magnitude. The simulation analysis results are consistent with the experimental results.
