摘要
解释了渗漏的定义,对房建工程中屋面、地面、墙面、厨卫、门窗等部位的渗漏原因进行了分析研究,并提出了各部位的防渗漏措施,指出明确渗漏位置、严把材料关、完善施工规范是有效预防渗漏现象发生的关键。
The paper interprets the definition of the leakage,analyzes leakage reasons for the leaking parts,including roof,ground,wall,kitchen doors and windows,points out anti-leakage measures at those parts,and indicates to locate the finite leaking places,strict control over materials and promote the construction regulation are the key to preventing leakage.
