摘要
根据生产技术集,构建了一非径向环境DEA模型.结合2010年中国各省工业部门能源消耗数据,运用该模型研究了能源结构调整对于潜在能源节约量以及二氧化碳减排的影响.实证研究结果显示:对于给定的能源消耗总量,能源结构的调整可有效减少碳排放量;目前,我国东部地区拥有最多的潜在能源节约量与碳减排量;但能源结构调整是一长期的过程,为了达到更好的节能减排效果,需同时提高各类能源的运输能力.
Based on the production technology set,a non-radial environmental DEA model is proposed and thenused to quantify the role of energy structure adjustment in potential carbon reduction and energy- saving withspecific consumption data of all provincial industrial sectors in 2010. As the results of the empirical study show,with given amount of total energy consumption,energy structure adjustment is an effective way to reduce CO2 emission. The east area has the most potential energy savings and CO2 emission reductions. However,energystructure adjustment is a long process and should enhance the energy deliverability at the same time.
