摘要 西南地区是我国最大的水电能源基地之一,同时也是生态环境脆弱、水土流失极为严重的地区之一。水电工程在施工建设中,由于工期长、弃渣量大、扰动程度高,造成的水土流失危害也较大。以金沙江下游河段乌东德水电站为研究对象,在分析区域水土流失特征的基础上,结合各水土流失防治责任区的工程建设特点和后期植被恢复要求,研究提出适用于我国西南土石山区的水土保持措施防治体系,以期为该地区后续梯级水电建设水土流失防治提供借鉴和依据。 The southwestern China is one of the largest hydropower bases of China, and meanwhile, is also one of fragile eco- logical environment areas with very serious soil - water loss. In the construction of hydropower projects, due to long construction period, large quantity of spoiled materials, severe ground disturbance, the soil - water loss hazard is also severe. Aiming to the Wudongde Hydropower Station on the lower reach of Jinsha River, on the basis of analysis on the characteristics of soil - water loss in the region and in combination with the construction characteristics and vegetation restoration requirements of various con- trol sub - regions in late period, the soil - water loss prevention and control system suitable to the soil - stone mountainous area of southwestern China is researched and put forward, so as to provide reference for soil - water loss control in subsequent hydropower cascade development.
