摘要
从社会网络镶嵌观点出发,基于戴明环的项目管理理论,对虚拟团队知识分布从知识状态、知识形态和知识显性性3个视角进行观察与探讨。通过讨论分析认识到在戴明环4个阶段,结点层面的知识和网络层面的知识,在3个视角存在不同的性状。
In this paper,from the viewpoint of social network embeddedness,PDCA based project management theory,knowledge distribution of virtual teamobserved from the state of knowledge,knowledge and knowledge of the three perspectives of and discussion. Through discussion and analysis to realize in the PDCA four stage,node level and network level knowledge of knowledge,there are different characters in three aspects.
