摘要
在介绍自控仪表信号电路的基础上,分析了电路的负载能力,并根据几个典型二线制仪表的负载局限,同时依据设计规范的要求,计算了电缆的最长敷设长度,并绘制了不同截面电缆的最长敷设长度随仪表功耗变化的函数图;根据本安系统回路能量限制条件得到的两个公式,也计算了本安电缆最长敷设长度。最后通过实例,列举了仪表信号电缆截面的选择步骤。
The load capacity of circuit is evaluated based on introduction of automatic instrumental signal circuit. Maximum cable laying length is calculated according to load limitation of several typical two-wire instruments and requirement of design specification, and function chart of maximum laying length with instrument power consumption change is drawn for cable with different section. Two formulas are drawn according to intrinsically safe circuit energy limitation condition. Maximum laying length for intrinsically safe circuit is calculated following two drawn formulas. The selection step for instrument signal cable section is summarized with example.
