摘要
工业化装配式建造是我国建筑业转型与升级的发展方向。与其他建筑形式相比,集装箱建筑是一种预制装配化程度较高的工业化建筑。回顾了集装箱建筑的发展历史及其在我国的发展现状,归纳了集装箱建筑的诸多优点,阐述了集装箱建筑的技术要点,总结了集装箱建筑的各种用途,并介绍了近年来集装箱建筑在我国的应用情况,指出集装箱建筑符合我国建筑业的发展需求,在我国具有广阔的发展前景。
The construction of civil infrastructure in China is in the middle of transformation and upgrading. Industrialized construction is the main developing direction. Compared to other types of buildings,container building is a highly prefabricated industrial structure. In this paper, a state-of-the-art review on the development of container buildings in China is presented. The advantages of container buildings are summarized, and the construction techniques of container buildings are illustrated. Also, the application scope and status of container buildings are investigated. Overall, it is shown that container building can meet the development needs of civil infrastructural industry and has bright future in our country.
