水平连蒸管大开孔结构优化研究

Optimization of Large Opening Structure of Cooking Tubes of Horizontal Continuous Digester by Three Dimensional Finite Element Method

摘要 在对水平连蒸管调研的基础上,给出了水平连蒸管及其大开孔进出料管的常见设计参数。采用改变接管厚度、补强圈厚度、补强管情况下接管的厚度3种优化方案,利用三维有限元法软件FEA-Nozzle计算并确定了水平连蒸管大开孔进出料管的最佳结构尺寸。在满足JB 4732—1995规定的强度要求前提下,由于降低了蒸煮管的壁厚,选用了补强圈和补强管补强,从而使蒸煮管造价降低。 Based on the investigation of horizontal tubular continuous digesterin pulping system, the design data distribution of charging and discharging tubes with large opening for horizontal tubular continuous digester were presented. The different wall thicknesses of connecting tube, reinforcement ring and reinforcement tube were adopted to optimize structural design. Using 3D finite element method software FEA- Nozzle, the optimal structure size required was obtained for the opening structure. In the context of meeting the requirement of standard JB 4732--1995, reducing the wall thickness of the tubes and using reinforcement ring and reinforcement tube were of benefit to reduce the man- ufacture cost of digester.
