摘要
研究了低丙烯腈结合量的潜油螺杆泵定子丁腈橡胶在环己烷溶剂中的溶胀及机械性能变化,浸泡周期为7天,温度为(23±2)℃。通过对比溶胀前后及溶胀烘干后的硫化胶试件红外光谱图、质量、体积、硬度及机械性能的变化,表明溶胀过程中溶剂进入丁腈橡胶硫化胶内部网络结构的同时,硫化胶中增塑剂(DOP)被抽出,溶胀导致试片机械性能下降。研究结果对特定工况下的潜油螺杆泵定子橡胶配方及定转子设计提供理论依据。
This paper studies the swelling and mechanical performance changes of submersible screw pump stator nitrile rubber(NBR)with low acrylonitrile combination by soaking the rubber for seven days at(23±2)℃.Through contrasting the vulcanized NBR infrared spectrogram,quality,volume,hardness and mechanical properties before and after swelling,it is shown that when the solvent is entering into the internal network structure of vulcanized NBR,the plasticizer(DOP)of the vulcanized NBR is pumped out during the swelling process and the vulcanized NBR mechanical performance is degraded.The research results provide theoretical basis for submersible screw pump stator rubber formulation and stator design under specific conditions.
