摘要
目的分析探讨整体护理对颅外伤后早期癫痫的临床护理效果,并总结有效护理体会。方法随机抽取本院2012年1月—2013年12月期间收治的60例开颅手术术后并发早期癫痫的颅外伤患者,将其平均分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予整体护理,对照组给予常规护理,对比两组患者的治疗有效率。结果观察组30例,显效者24例,有效者5例,治疗有效率达96.7%,对照组显效者19例,有效者5例,治疗有效率为80.0%,观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取整体护理模式,从术前、术后、心理、药物、并发症等方面对颅外伤后早期癫痫患者进行有效护理,临床效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of holistic nursing onearly epilepsy cranial trauma, and summarize the nursing experience. Methods From 2012 January to randomly chosen from our hospital in 2013 December 60 cases of craniotomy operation postoperative patients with skull trauma early epilepsy, and the average divided into observation group and control group,the observation group were given the holistic nursing care, the control group was given conventional nursing, the treatment of the two groups were compared withefficiency. Results The observation group 30, effective 24, effective 5, effective rate was 96.7%, the control group was 19, effective 5, effective rate was 80%, the curative effect was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The whole nursing model, from the preoperative, postoperative, psychology,medicine, the complications of early epilepsy patients after effective nursing cranial trauma, the clinical effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
