摘要
应用现代FTIR红外光谱分析测试手段和RTFOT沥青旋转薄膜加热老化方法,对分别掺入10%、20%、30%等三个比例的废旧轮胎胶粉的老化沥青进行实验,实验发现加入胶粉后的老化沥青官能团吸收峰均发生了不同程度的改变,在掺入量为20%左右时老化沥青性能的改善情况最佳,最为接近原样沥青。
Using the modern test method of FTIR and RTFOT to do experiments by blended with10% 、20% 、30% waste rubber powder into aging asphalt. The experiments showed that the absorption peak of functional group has changed differently. When the mixed portion are about 20%,the experiment result indicates that the improvement from the micro aspect reach the best and mostly close to the original asphalt.
