摘要
排气阀是长距离输水管道安全的重要防护设备。通过对比分析传统浮球式排气阀和气缸式恒速缓冲排气阀的,指出传统浮球式排气阀普遍存在的技术缺陷,认为气缸式恒速缓冲排气阀的结构更合理。工程实证研究结果表明,气缸式恒速缓冲排气阀对于管道水锤防护具有重要意义。
The exhaust valve is an important protective equipment for the safety of long-distance water transfer pipeline.Through the comparison and analysis of the structures and mathematical models of traditional float-type exhaust valve and cylinder-type exhaust valve with constant speed buffer,the traditional float-type exhaust valve has technical defects and the structure of cylinder-type exhaust valve with constant speed buffer is more reasonable.Based on the engineering practice,the cylinder-type exhaust valve with constant speed buffer is important for the protection of pipeline water hammer.
