摘要
针对井下采空区遗煤自燃火灾的防治,结合某矿井下采空区的火灾防灭实例,详细介绍了一种新型的火灾防灭策略,主要采用构筑封闭墙、喷浆堵漏、注氮降氧、注液态CO2降温、注三相阻化泡沫防复燃等技术成功灭火,监测封闭区各项指标,并实现启封,最终防止火灾蔓延扩大,避免人员伤亡,降低经济损失。
Aiming at the prevention of residual coal spontaneous combustion fire underground goaf, combined with the example of goaf fire disaster prevention and extinguishing in a coal mine, a new fire disaster prevention and extinguishing strategy was introduced in de- tails. Some technologies were used to prevent and extinguish the fire, which included building closed walls, spray sealing, nitrogen in- jection for oxygen reduction, liquid CO2 injection for cooling, three -phase resistive foam injection against recrudescence and other methods. By monitoring the indicators of the sealed areas, the unsealing was achieved, the fire spread ultimately was prevented, and the casualties were avoided, the economic losses were reduced.
