摘要
目的研究注射用血栓通(冻干,主要成分为三七总皂苷,质量分数为95%)体外对二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、花生四烯酸(AA)、血小板活化因子(PAF)诱导家兔血小板聚集的影响。方法采用Born法,检测ADP、AA、PAF诱导的家兔血小板聚集率。结果与对照组比较,注射用血栓通7.2、14.4 mg/mL组能显著抑制ADP、AA、PAF诱导的兔血小板聚集率(P<0.01),注射用血栓通3.6 mg/mL组能显著抑制ADP诱导的兔血小板聚集率(P<0.01)。结论注射用血栓通具有体外抑制家兔血小板聚集的作用。
Objective To study the effects of Xueshuantong injection (lyophilized, main component ofPanax Notoginsenosidum, total content of 95%) on platelet aggregation induced by adenosine diphosphate (ADP), arachidonic acid (AA), and platelet-activating factor (PAF) in rabbits. Methods Using the Born method, the platelet aggregation induced by ADP, AA, and PAF was detected. Results Compared with the control group, Xueshuantong injection (7.2 and 14.4 mg/mL) could significantly inhibit the platelet aggregation rate induced by ADP, AA, and PAF (P 〈 0.01), Xueshuantong injection (3.6 mg/mL) could significantly inhibit the platelet aggregation rate induced by ADP (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Xueshuantong injection could inhibit the in vitro platelet aggregation of rabbits.
