摘要
以春兰(Cymbidium goeringii)继代的根状茎为材料,研究植物激素组合和活性炭用量对春兰根状茎增殖的影响。结果表明:1.0 mg/L的6-BA和0.2 mg/L的NAA的浓度组合有利于春兰根状茎的增殖;添加1.0-3.0 g/L的活性炭能显著促进春兰根状茎的增殖。
Taking the transgenerational rhizome of Cymbidium goeringii as the materials,the effect of plant hormone combinations and dosage of activated carbon on C.goeringii rhizomes multiplication was studied.The results indicated that the combination of 1.0mg /L6-BA and 0.2mg /L NAA was beneficial to C.goeringii rhizomes multiplication,and adding 1.0 - 3.0g /L activated carbon could significantly promote the multiplication of C.goeringii rhizomes.
