摘要
二级学院教务管理是学校教务管理的基层实施和运行机构,通过分析二级学院教务管理的地位与现状,揭示产生的原因。对二级学院教务管理人员的素质、管理方法和有效运行机制进行了全面阐述。提出二级学院教务管理的优化方法,建立基于信息化和网络化平台上的教务管理架构,使教务管理人员从繁重琐碎的事务中解放出来,提高教务管理效率,把精力更多地投注于如何促进教务管理和教学质量的提升上,给出若干可行、有效、易于操作的实施方案。
Educational administration of second-order colleges is a basic level implementation and operational organization in university educational administration. The article presents causes by analyzing the position and current situation of educational administration of second-order colleges. The individual’ s ability, administration methods and operational mechanism of educational administration of second-order colleges are expounded in detail. The optimal methods are presented, and a platform of educational administration based on information and network helps free educational administration individual from trifling affairs and thus enables them to focus on the efficiency of educational administration. Finally, the paper presents some feasible, efficient and operational schemes.
