摘要 传统齿轮泵由于固有的径向力问题,限制了工作压力的提高及其应用范围。将谐波齿轮传动原理引入齿轮泵领域,提出了一种谐波式齿轮泵,叙述了这种新型齿轮泵的结构、特点、工作原理,分析了径向力平衡的机制,为齿轮泵的创新设计提供了新的途径。 Due to the problem of radial force inherent in traditional gear pump,to enhance the working pressure and expand the application scope for the pump is restricted. By introducing the principle of harmonic gear transmission into the field of gear pump,a new type of gear pump of harmonic style was put forward. The structural,features and working principle of this new gear pump were described,and the mechanism why the radial force balanced was analyzed. It provides a new way for innovative design in gear pumps.
