摘要
主要是对对转永磁无刷直流电机的无位置传感器设计进行了研究.在分析反电动势过零点检测内、外转子位置的基础上,基于构造虚拟中性点实现反电动势过零点检测方法设计一台无位置传感器控制器,包括硬件和软件系统设计,并进行了驱动电机空载和负载实验.实验表明所设计的控制器是正确和有效的.
This article mainly studies the sensor - less design of counter rotating permanent magnet brushless DC motor. On the base of the analysis of counter electromotive force zero - crossing detection inside and outside rotor position, the constructing virtual neutral point to realize the BEMF zero crossing detection method, to design a sensor - less controller, including the design of hardware and software system, and have the motor no - load and load experiments. The experiments show that the designed controller is correct and effective.
