R．E．N．A．L．肾肿瘤评分系统在保留肾单位手术中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 保留肾单位手术在保存患者肾功能、提高术后生活质量等方面具有明显优势,但并发症相对多见,因此针对不同特征的肾肿瘤,正确的手术方式对疗效和预后均有十分重要的意义[1].Kutikov和Uzzo[2]提出了R.E.N.A.L.肾肿瘤评分系统,通过对肾肿瘤进行量化分析,指导医师合理选择手术方式.我们回顾性分析了2010年1月至2013年2月我院收治的53例肾肿瘤患者的临床资料,以评价该评分系统在保留肾单位手术中的作用.
