碳纳米管增强镁基复合材料关键问题研究进展

Progress in Several Key Problems of Magnesium Matrix Composites Reinforced with Carbon Nanotubes

摘要 针对目前碳纳米管增强镁基复合材料的设计过程中所遇到的碳纳米管在镁基体中不易分散均匀及与镁基体不易形成有效界面结合的问题,从碳纳米管的分散、制备方法与工艺的选择、碳纳米管与镁基体之间的界面作用等方面进行了分析和讨论,以寻找解决相关问题的有效手段,并对该领域今后的发展趋势进行了展望。 The main problems existing in the design of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)reinforced magnesium matrix composites were presented such as the dispersed uniformity of CNTs in the magnesium matrix and effective interface bonding between the CNTs and magnesium matrix.The dispersed uniformity of CNTs,selection of preparation method and process,interface bonding between CNTs and magnesium matrix were analyzed to explore the effective method for solving the problems mentioned.Finally,the development trend of the design of CNTs reinforced magnesium matrix composites was surveyed.
