摘要 为追求高质量的环保指数,火电厂机组容量不断扩大,百万千瓦机组的密集上马,引发了业界对火电经济性的质疑。火电厂如何走出应对容量与环保升级的双重困局?坐落于浙江省平湖市乍浦镇,紧靠杭州湾乍浦港的嘉兴电厂,最近因其8号机组而名声大震。因为这台百万千瓦的机组,在安装了号称"我国首套烟气超低排放装置"后,达到了烟气的超低排放。但令其没有想到的是,这一"超低排放"的事件,会激起业界对火电节能减排的再次大讨论,以至于引发了一场关于"火电超低排放"的大范围争议。2014年7月1日, In 2014, our country began to implement the most stringent policies in the history of environmental policies, and ticketed maximum amount, 400 million yuan. Emissions of coal-fired power plant has been the problem which the power plants need to face. Under the pressure of national policy, China's thermal power unit change to high power and large capacity development. For a while, high efficiency and low emissions of ultra supercritical million kilowatts thermal power unit began to emerge. Million kilowatts of thermal power unit's overall efficiency is higher than the small unit. But because the time is short, many problems have emerged. Rising in coal-fired power plant unit capacity, caused the industry to thermal power efficiency question. How do the power plant get out of the dilemma.
