摘要
络病学说在几千年的发展中,共有4次大发展:第1次,在《黄帝内经》中首次出现了"络";第2次,张仲景针对络病提出了相应的治疗方法,出现了"络病证治";第3次,在前两次的基础上,清代叶天士阐明了相对较完善的络病体系,并且提出了"久病入络"、"久痛入络"等千古名论;第4次,近现代医家完善了络病学理论体系,并且不断的扩展络病学在临床和科研中的应用。
There were four advancements of the collateral disease theory in the thousands of years in development; the first one is that ＂Collateral＂ firstly appeared in the ＂Huangdi Neijing＂; the second is that ZHANG Zhong-jing put forward cor-responding treatment for the collateral disease and the collateral disease syndrome and treatment; the third is that In Qing Dynasty, YE Tian-shi has explained the relatively perfect system of Collateral Disease based on the former two advancements,and put forward ancient name of ＂prolonged illness into collateral＂ and ＂prolonged pain into collateral＂; the fourth is that modern physicians have improved the collaterals disease theory system, and the expanded the clinical application and research of collateral disease.
